This Is Where It Begins


So I've attempted a couple times to loose weight but this time I'm being practical!!! I've given myself a 1 year to lose majority of my weight. This is my journey which I hope will be the beginning of the rest of my life regarding my health. THIS IS NOT A DIET....its is a lifestyle. I say this because diets are only temporary and my plan is to be fit and healthy until I die (sorry for the slight downer lol) I've decided to share this with whoever reads my blog as it could be incentive for someone else, a good read for some but also so that I have another reason to push through with this. (no slacking all my readers are watching) 

I'm new to this blogging thing so I haven't read other blogs regarding weight loss, so I don't know if they show you their journey from the beginning (as in blog each week with pics and stuff) or if they start the blog once they've lost most the weight. But I'm starting from the beginning. Every 2 weeks I will post a pic of myself, I will say how much weight I have lost and share the struggle. I say struggle cause I know its gonna be hard...I have a bad relationship with Crisps and chocolate!!!! I wont even get into it but its BAD!  So right now we're going through a separation (still kinda seeing each other) which will lead to a DIVORCE hahahahhahaha. 

I will share pics of my food, and write about the kind of exercise I do when I go gym......btw I don't eat meat so my meals will be veg and fish, cause I don't like tofu and I cant stand quorn anymore (apparently its not good for u).
